1. Course Enrollment Refunds Refunds for course enrollments are subject to the following conditions:

• Full Refund: If a request for a refund is made within [X days] from the date of purchase and before the start of the course, a full refund will be issued.
• Partial Refund: If the course has started but the request is made within [Y days] from the start date, a partial refund may be granted based on the proportion of the course completed.

3. Exceptions Refunds may not be provided under the following circumstances:

• If course materials have been extensively accessed or downloaded.
• Promotional or discounted courses may have different refund terms, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

4. Processing Time and Payment Methods Approved refunds will be processed within [Z days] and credited back to the original payment method. The estimated processing times for different payment methods are:

• Credit/Debit Card: Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer.
• Bank Transfer: Refunds may take 7-14 business days to be reflected in your bank account.
• Online Payment Platforms (e.g., PayPal, UPI): Refunds may take 3-7 business days.
